1. What types of dresses do you offer? 

We offer a wide selection of ready-to-wear and custom-made dresses including evening gowns, cocktail dresses, casual sets, and bridal wear – all crafted from premium fabrics and unique designs.

2. Do you provide custom-made dresses? 

Yes, we offer fully custom-designed dresses through our in-house atelier. You can book a consultation to create a design tailored to your measurements, preferences, and event needs.

3. Where are you located? 

Our boutique is located at 1605, The One Tower, Dubai, UAE. You can find the exact location with a map pin on our Contact Us page.

4. How do I know my size? 

We provide a detailed Size Guide that includes EU and US sizing charts. If you’re unsure, we recommend visiting the boutique for a fitting or contacting us for personalized sizing support.

5. Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

6. Can I return or exchange a dress? 

We don’t accept returns and exchanges are within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn and with all tags intact. Custom-made or altered items are non-refundable.

7. How long does it take to create a custom dress? 

Depending on the complexity of the design, custom orders typically take 1 to 4 weeks. For urgent requests, express services may be available at an additional cost.

8. Do you offer alterations? 

Yes, we provide alteration and customization services for any dress. 

9. What fabrics do you use? 

We use only premium quality fabrics including silk, crepe, taffeta, tweed, organza, brocade, and metallic blends, depending on the design and occasion.

10. Can I book a styling appointment or private shopping session? 

Absolutely! We offer private appointments for personal styling, bridal consultations, and VIP shopping experiences. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or our booking page to schedule a session.

 11. What are your opening hours? Do I need an appointment? 

We’re open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment for custom orders, fittings, or private styling sessions to ensure personalized service.
